Story behind the movie stree

The claim of being “based on a ridiculous true event” and the well blended mixture of horror, comedy and suspense is making the movie stree one of the most awaited movie of the year.

But the thought striking everybody mind is…..

 Had such event ever happened? If so, then where? 

Well yes! There is no doubt that the movie indicates the famous “nale ba” mystery happened in Hyderabad in 90’s.’’ Hyderabad before being one of the major IT’s city of the country was cursed by a witch. According to the localities the witch arrives in the night and knocks the door by crying their name, and whoever opens the door die within 24 hours.

After a huge period of suffering one day a men found a way out of it. He wrote “Nale ba’’ means come tomorrow on his door and the idea really worked. Since, then the people started writing “Nale ba’’ on their doors.

But since,  stree is a frictional story based on a real incident, this is not the exact story of the movie stree.

  The movie starts with Rajkumar rao who is playing the character of a tailor and desperately wants to fall in love. He has recently shifted to another place with his father.

Here Rajkumar rao made two friends, and heard the rumours about the witch (stree) how targets only men as her prey. He finds all this nuisance and often started cracking jokes on it.

During this period Rajkumar rao meets shraddha Kapoor who comes their every year during puja. They started meating each other and fell in love.

After knowing about shraddha Kapoor, one of Rajkumar rao’s friend started doubting her. He even warned Rajkumar rao about this but he finds all this rubbish.

 After being warned by his friend . Rajkumar rao still went on a date with shraddha Kapoor and finds something wrong with her. He somehow managed to get out of there. And started fearing of stri.

By the time one of his friend even caught by stree. He blamed himself for all this and took the oath of bringing his friend back from the grip of stree.

He went to Pankaj Tripathi who usually warns him about stree, there he came to know the incomplete love story of stree. And her desire for true love.

Since, Rajkumar rao was truly in love with shraddha Kapoor he thought that she may not harm him or even if she did, he has to rescue his friend. So, he went to that place where stree lived and found that there is no ghost.

All this was only a drama created by some humans only for their benefit and Pankaj Tripathi is even in their team. He is the one responsible for spreading terror of stree in the town. Later on he realises his mistake and team up with Rajkumar rao and his friends to fight against all this.
